What kind of business do you operate?

Commercial protection solutions

Coverage that works as hard as your fleet.

A focused product strategy for mechanical breakdown exposure, road hazards, keys, and eligible vocational equipment.

Coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, limits, deductibles, maintenance requirements, and exclusions of the applicable contract. Availability varies by vehicle and state.

Uptime mattersOne disabled vehicle can disrupt a full day of revenue.

Protect the operation

When a work vehicle stops, the schedule does too.

A breakdown can mean missed appointments, technician downtime, rental expense, customer disruption, and an unexpected repair bill. Vehicle protection cannot eliminate downtime, but it can help make eligible repair exposure more predictable.

What is a commercial vehicle service contract?

A commercial vehicle service contract is an agreement that may pay for eligible repairs after a covered mechanical breakdown, subject to its terms, limits, deductible, maintenance requirements, and exclusions. It is not a manufacturer warranty.

Can work vans and service trucks qualify?

Many cargo vans, pickups, service trucks, box trucks, and medium-duty vehicles can qualify. Eligibility depends on vehicle class, age, mileage, modifications, application, and underwriting requirements.

Do you work directly with businesses or only dealerships?

Both. Businesses can request a fleet protection assessment, while commercial dealerships can build a product program for their business customers.

Can a mixed fleet be protected?

Potentially. Fleets with multiple makes, models, ages, and vehicle types can be reviewed together, though program terms may differ between units.

Is commercial auto insurance the same as a service contract?

No. Commercial auto insurance generally addresses risks such as collision, liability, theft, and comprehensive loss. A vehicle service contract addresses eligible mechanical breakdown repairs under the contract.
